NC Literacy Resources provides custom PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT for schools and districts implementing Guided Reading. Our PD model focuses on creating a customized training consistent with your district goals and message for Balanced Literacy.

We deliver a high-quality session that goes beyond the pedagogy and the product - it includes demonstration lessons with students and full debriefing with teachers so they can go and implement what they have seen in their classrooms immediately.
We provide ongoing observation, coaching and follow on PD that can help your teachers accelerate their development with guided reading, balanced literacy, and classroom management.
